Günther Seliger

Prof. Dr.-Ing Günther Seliger, born 1947, studied industrial engineering at the Technical University Berlin and received his doctor's degree from Prof. Spur at the Institute for Machine Tools and Manufacturing Technology in 1983. After holding different positions at the Institute for Machine Tools and Manufacturing Technology and at the Insitute for Production Systems and Design Technology of the Fraunhofer Society, he became professor for assemby technology at the Technical University Berlin in 1988. He is spokesman of the special research program 281 "Disassembly Factories", which started in January 1995.
