Practical hands-on experiences on IT and Internet security are essential and inevitable for behaving savely and securely in the trusted digital world. However due to the vairous dangers resulting from unaware and unprofessional behaviour of a novice user in IT and Internet security it is very elaborate and expensive to provide the necessary real-life learning environments for security in IT. We designed two innovative virtuals labs where such kind of security experiments can be done cheaply and completely free of any concerns due to the fact that all the experiments are done on virtual machines in a real-life virtual environment:

• Tele-Lab IT-Security
• SOA-Security Lab

Both labs are tested in detail by our students at HPI.
