Abstract: In 2011 we have started implementing an integrated framework for extended MapReduce, which stores and synchronizes in--‐memory data by means of ECRAM. Currently, we are adapting different benchmark applications for this MapReduce framework and we would be interested in evaluating ECRAM- based MapReduce applications on top of multicore machines with many cores and huge main memories provided by the HPI FutureSOC Lab.
