Project: Parallelization of Elementary Flux Mode enumeration for large-scale metabolic networks

Abstract: The core objective of this project is to devise a high performance parallel solution to the problem of enumerating elementary flux modes in large-scale metabolic networks. The intended target hardware comprises of sharedmemory parallel machines, shared-memory machines with GPUs, as well as distributed-memory machines i.e. clusters.
