Abstract: Subsequent to the project “Towards real-time ITSM systems: In-situ analysis of events and incidents using SAP HANA” this research project will mainly investigate illustration and in-situ monitoring possibilities for service level agreements (SLAs). The authors will build up a “live” system based on a big event and incident database.
