Description
Buttons in scroll bars that are used in a scroll area sometimes loose their outer border when scrolling (i.e., offset change in a transform morph) happens.
To reproduce:
UiTreeView new model: UiSmalltalkModel new; openInHand.
Then scroll with mouse. Or do the same thing in the morphic designer ui.
