Add compatibility to system categories and protocols

Description
Whenever tags are used or modified, update corresponding system categories and method protocols.
A program written with the help of tags should be browseable in the default system browser.
Maybe use heuristics to create the categories or introduce supportive attributes to tags.
Results should be somehow stable. ;-)
